About Us

Our Background and Organization

At GON, we possess broad expertise across a variety of fields that we have developed over the past 20 years. We have organized this expertise and our services into two main branches: Advisory and Didactic. The image below provides a clear schematic overview of this structure and what activities fall under each branch.

We enjoy exploring topics beyond our core expertise and take an interdisciplinary approach, combining ideas from different fields to uncover new insights and creative solutions. Our philosophy is grounded in evidence-based knowledge wherever possible, complemented by a strong commitment to structured decision-making, drawing from both established market practices and our own frameworks and mental models. We have developed a short Capabilities Deck to give an idea of services we offer, which one can find hereFor our Advisory branch see here and for our Didactic branch see here.

Social Themes and Impact

While our core philosophies and approaches can be applied in virtually any context, we are particularly interested in social themes, especially in the areas of health and didactics. This interest is not only rooted in our internal appreciation of these domains, but also in the recognition that when social challenges are sufficiently severe, they can directly impact businesses, making them a core strategic risk that companies need to identify, assess, and manage. Additionally, a company is ultimately an entity that offers value and solutions needed in the market. When these needs are primarily social in nature, rather than, for example, technological, this should be appropriately reflected in the attention and priorities of the market.

Additionally, it is important for both companies and countries to realize that the world is moving away from the previous globalization model toward a multi-polar organization, also characterized by a dispersion of technological and knowledge centers. This structure makes it more difficult to attract foreign talent, and maintaining competitiveness increasingly requires an internal focus and the ability to successfully address social challenges. The inability to tackle issues such as future-ready education will have severe consequences not only for society but also for corporations, which rely on people who are properly educated, equipped with the right skills, and supported in terms of social well-being, health, and motivation.

We believe we are a company that arrived earlier at the realization of the growing impact of contemporary social challenges than the rest of the market. Giving concrete examples will provide a better grasp of the topic, and some clear examples are:

  • The question of future-ready skills and education, particularly in relation to the school curriculum.

  • Management of well-being and resilience within corporations.

  • The future of employability, shaped by AI and geopolitical trends.

  • Social structures and authentic leadership in a world of rapid and continuous change.

We would say that, in a sense, we have devoted so much effort to these topics, combined with a deep appreciation for their complexity and significance, that our insights offer unique and thought-provoking paradigms. Our didactic program is built on these foundations and therefore provides approaches and frameworks that cannot be found elsewhere.

Our Origin in Education

While the foundation of GON dates back to 2018, its roots extend much further. In earlier stages, we operated solely as a company focused on teaching and didactics under different names (Edutat and ATOZ). With our entry into corporate consulting, our focus expanded, but the commitment to strong education and self-development has always remained a core principle—one that also provides valuable insight into the structure and philosophy of our organization.

Our Track Record

We have built an extensive and successful track record working with many large companies, as shown in the overview below. Increasingly, we have also started collaborations with smaller companies and start-ups.
