About Us
GON is organized into an Advisory branch, offering advisory services and practical solutions, and a Didactic branch, delivering educational programs and corporate training. Our approach in both branches is rooted in our own proprietary frameworks and methodologies, such as Model Thinking, and the traditional Dutch school of thought. As can be seen on our site, we apply these approaches and methodologies broadly across both technical and social domains, which in turn demonstrates their power and universality.
In our attitude and approach, we demonstrate a strong commitment to generating meaningful social value and addressing real-world challenges and complexities. For example, we have thought deeply about social questions such as what future-ready education entails and how well-being should be managed within large corporations. Specifically touching upon the topic of future-readiness, it is evident that we are entering a period in which job security can no longer be taken for granted, and where adaptability and deeper forms of understanding are becoming essential. In response to this changing and challenging reality, we have developed a comprehensive program of courses that integrates Model Thinking and conceptual depth with practical and social applications. The curriculum is grounded in innovative concepts, meta-learning, and the cultivation of self-learning abilities, designed to equip individuals with broadly applicable, future-resilient skills.
As a highly innovative organization, many of the frameworks we use have been developed entirely in-house, building on over 20 years of experience within corporate and educational environments, as well as strong theoretical and methodological foundations. As a result, our approaches and training programs are uniquely powerful, providing a level of conceptual depth and real-world impact that goes beyond most standard offerings.
We regularly deliver talks to share our insights, demonstrate our expertise and real-world impact, and expand our professional network. While in our articles and work we aim to be thorough and rigorous, we take special care in our talks and programs to ensure that the level is very carefully customized to the needs and background of our audience. We invite you to reach out to us if you are interested in our services, courses, or simply have questions!
Insights from GON
We write articles regularly on relevant developments and to provide our views on them, you can find them through the links below. In these articles we in general try to be accessible for the general public and only scratch the surface of the discussed topic. In a personal meeting we of course go into more profound elements of the discussed topic where necessary and how it relates to your personal situation and goals.
