About the role
For various exciting assignments within Finance and Risk, we are currently looking for consultants who want to strengthen our team. Candidates can have varying degrees of seniority as long as they satisfy the listed requirements.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities depend on the type of task or assignment, some examples being:
- Implementation and validation of models in various risk domains (credit, actuarial, stress testing, etc.);
- Regulatory assignments within Basel, IFRS, and Solvency II;
- Valuation of derivatives;
- Review of internal risk management policies and processes;
- Implementation of risk systems and solutions.
Your Profile
We are looking for analytical colleagues that are can work independently but are also pleasant to work with in a group. In specific we have the following requirements:
- You have a degree in econometrics, (quantitative) finance, mathematics, physics, or something related. A post-university certification like CFA or FRM is a plus;
- You have at least two years of working experience in the financial field;
- You have experience in at least one programming language like R, Python, C# or Java. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- You have an analytical mindset and are good at problem-solving;
- You are a lifelong learner, eager to evolve with market developments;
- You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills, being able to communicate complex matters to stakeholders verbally as well as on paper.

For this purpose we are looking for a personal assistant that can help us grow. We have a easy going culture with a lot of flexibility, aimed at self-development and ingenuity.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities are diverse, but you need to be able to represent Gon towards (potential) clients, so for example be able to clearly answer questions and explain the services we provide, and be able to execute delegated tasks.
Your Profile
No specific knowledge of finance is required however we require the following:

- Knowledge of English or ability to quickly develop this (B1 level);
- A talent or curiosity for marketing;
- Driven attitude;
- Ability to communicate with clients and convince them of our services;
