Wealth management
Some clients want to be completely relieved in wealth management, for this purpose we maintain an own (private) investment fund in which also clients can participate. The compensation structure for the client follows one of the three forms based on the individuals risk preference or tolerance:
- Low risk preference: The clients receive a fixed payment, regardless of the performance of the investment fund;
- Medium risk preference: The clients receive a partially fixed and partially performance-related payment;
- High risk preference: The clients receive a performance-related payment.
A minimum investment for participation applies. At initiation of the contract the conditions are discussed and established, which is largely tailored towards the needs of the client. We maintain a sufficiently large liquid buffer in case clients want to liquidate their positions.
Outsourcing
The Polish market has become increasingly appealing for outsourcing company departments and processes, as many facilities are in place while the labour force is highly educated and speaks English. We have built up experience in this area and can discuss how outsourcing might benefit your company. More specifically we can assist you in legal matters, finding a suitable office space and hiring adequate employees.
