Health Risk Management
We are pioneers in the field of health risk management. We believe health risk is fundamentally different from other types of risk because of its deep impact on company culture, daily practices, and overall productivity. So much so, we often say: “Focus on health, and the rest will follow”. This makes it essential for companies to adopt a principled approach centered on well-being and sustainability—and to understand the wide-ranging implications it has at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
In early 2025, we partnered with Anna Herbalism to further strengthen our work in this area. We are currently investing heavily in research, education, and strategic support around health risk, and it is becoming an increasingly central pillar of GON—both for its organizational impact and its broader social relevance.
The topic is too broad to outline fully here. In the articles we regularly publish and the talks we will give, we will share our perspectives and explore in more depth what health risk management means and how it can be applied in practice.
Didactics and Coaching
We believe that potent ideas should be shared, which is why didactics and coaching are important to us. In these areas, we bring a strong and distinctive perspective.
Many people who face challenges in their personal or professional lives, naturally don’t see a coach as a first resort. There is no shortage of informative resources online on practically any topic. However, sometimes these resources prove to be insufficient. An adept coach can be of great value and make a real difference. A coach who repeats conventional methods, however, is not very useful. It’s necessary to devise unique innovative approaches that go further and are tailored to the person. The key is in practical ingenuity, a rare quality but one that truly makes the difference.
We provide coaching and educational support that is both innovative and grounded in scientific knowledge and decision-making frameworks. This helps individuals not only take practical steps forward but also see how their personal or professional development fits into a larger structure—one that can be clarified, adjusted, and improved over time.
